The Ingenico Move/2500 model is a secure, compact, lightweight and easily gripable payment terminal, which can be used on the move because it is able to connect to the Authorization Center via the GPRS or 3G cellular network, or via the local WiFi radio network . The terminals are equipped with a new 64bit and 800 Mips Cortex A5 microprocessor and ample memory to be able to provide, in addition to normal credit card or PagoBancomat payments, also other
value-added services. The Ingenico Move/2500 electronic terminal is dedicated to the management of payment transactions carried out on the move with credit, debit (PagoBancomat) or loyalty cards, whether based on magnetic stripe, chip (smart card) or contactless technology. It can handle too
contactless transactions activated by NFC smartphones. The terminal is small in size (168 x 81 x 57 mm) and light weight (approximately 320 grams with roll
paper). On the front it features a 2.4" color display with 320x240 pixels, a 20-key keyboard of which 5 are functional and navigation keys. The keyboard has numeric and functional keys, as well as some keys associated with the display that allow easy navigation between the menu options. The Ingenico Move/2500 terminal can be used in all operating conditions, allowing a quick and reliable connection to the Authorization Center thanks to the mobile telephony functions. It can operate indoors or outdoors, even in difficult conditions (-10° C).
