It is the brand new printer from Bluetek, which contains the state of the art of additive manufacturing with FFF technology for polymers. In fact, it allows you to print with highly hygroscopic materials, such as PA or TPU, or high retraction, such as ABS, thanks to the heated, insulated and adjustable printing chamber up to a temperature of 60°C; the large coils are placed inside the chamber, so as to ensure constant humidity and temperature. This 3D printer prints all polymers with extrusion temperatures up to 250° and allows you to experiment with materials at free temperatures and speeds, using software not bound by firmware or chips. Equipped with "Easy Change" technology, wire change, plate calibration and removable surface, which helps detach the printed object quickly and safely. The printer requires little ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, and reduces machine downtime to a minimum. Ready and suitable for printing tools, molds or small productions 24/7. When you have to print a large object you are faced with a series of problems: the main one is the printing time, the others, always linked to the first, are the possible lack of wire, the current which can be interrupted, the The extruder gets clogged. The FUTURA Project seeks to solve these problems; the double extruder offers the possibility of going quickly in printing large surfaces using a large diameter extruder, while the second is used for details, reducing the total printing time. A series of sensors warn of possible problems with alarms or interrupting work.
